CVT Soft Serve: Our Response to Charging Influencers Double.

Have you guys seen this story in the news? When we started our business, it was with the singular goal in mind to make the freshest made from scratch rolled ice cream possible. We work hard to produce everything by hand and deliver real ice cream for real everyday people and try to make each and every customer happy. Sean and I did not have experience working in the bustling Charleston culinary scene nor did we have industry connections that could help propel our business forward in any way when we started out 2 years ago... We've grown our loyal customer base organically up to this point mostly by word of mouth and we take pride in that. As our business grows, we realize that where to eat, drink, shop, and play is sometimes heavily molded by influencers...

And while we thank them for their contributions, especially the influencers that have taken the time to highlight our business , we also want to encourage our customers to continue to seek out small businesses and foodie establishments that may not get a lot of influencer exposure. There are soooo many great food spots in Charleston an

d surrounding area that aren't highlighted in the rotation on the City's top influencer pages that deserve our support. Head out to a small locally owned biz this weekend and give then some much needed exposure. Take pics, tag them in a post, and leave them a review!
